Griffith Review: On the Money & Out of Office

Cameron Hurst is a writer, editor, and art historian. She is a co-founder of The Paris End, a newsletter of society and culture based in Naarm/Melbourne, and has written for scholarly and general readership publications including Memo, Index, Artlink, ANZJA, Griffith Review, and HEAT. She has contributed to two books: EXCLUSIVE! Dispatches from The Paris End (with Sally Olds and Oscar Schwartz, Giramondo, 2025), and Venus in Tullamarine: Art, Sex, Politics, and Norman Lindsay (with Jeremy George, Index Press, 2023). She is currently doing a PhD on Northern European Renaissance art at the University of Melbourne.

Fiona Wright is a writer and critic. Her debut novel is Kill Your Boomers. Her book of essays Small Acts of Disappearance won the 2016 Kibble Award and was shortlisted for the 2016 Stella Prize. Her poetry collections are Knuckled and Domestic Interior.

Jessy Wu is a writer and entrepreneur based in Sydney. She is the founder and Managing Director of Encour, a communications and video production agency that specialises in the tech sector. Previously, she was a venture capital investor in early-stage tech startups. Good Intentions is her debut novel.

Carody Culver is the editor of Griffith Review. She's also a writer and a literary interviewer. Her work has appeared in Australian Book Review, Meanjin, Sydney Review of Books, Kill Your Darlings, Books+Publishing and more, and she's been a contributing editor for Peppermint magazine.
