Brisbane Writers Festival (BWF) is a not-for-profit organisation presenting one of Australia's largest annual celebrations of writing and ideas. Every year we present over 150 leading writers from around the world to celebrate the power and wonder of words and explore ideas that matter. We're a festival for thinkers, creators and dreamers. Whether you're curious about the global changes affecting you or looking for your next favourite book, we provide vital space for nuanced conversation and deeper understanding.
