Susie O'Neill

An icon of the pool and a revered sporting hero, Susie O’Neill ranks as one of Australia’s greatest ever Olympians. Following the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Susie retired from swimming and continued her career on the International Olympic Committee for 5 years. Soon after, Susie began her broadcasting career first commentating at the 2006 Commonwealth Games for ABC before later joining the hugely successful Nova Brisbane Breakfast program, Ash, Luttsy & Susie in 2016. In 2020, Susie was named as one of Australia’s Deputy Chef de Missions for the Tokyo Olympics supporting the athletes to allow them to perform at their best. After a 1-year break from Breakfast radio in 2025, Susie’s return by popular demand has her back hosting Nova Brisbane’s breakfast program alongside Luttsy and Nick.
