Al Campbell
Born in Brisbane, Al Campbell is a mother, a full-time carer, an AFL hooligan, and a writer. Long ago, Al studied a bit, acted a bit, and pulled a lot of beers. Her first-ever publication was in Overland in 2020, the same year she completed her debut novel, The Keepers, published in February 2022 by UQP.
Angela Slatter
Angela Slatter is the author of five novels, including All the Murmuring Bones and The Path of Thorns and eleven short story collections, including The Bitterwood Bible and The Tallow-Wife and Other Tales. She’s won a World Fantasy Award, a British Fantasy Award, a Ditmar, two Australian Shadows Awards and seven Aurealis Awards; she's been a finalist for the Courier-Mail People’s Choice Book of the Year Award and nominated for the Dublin Literary Award. Her work has been translated into Bulgarian, Chinese, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Polish, Hungarian, Turkish, French and Romanian.
