If you're writing about the past, you can’t just make it up. Or can you? Mark regularly blends history and story to create his award-winning books, and now Mark is ready to share his secrets with you. The spark for an intriguing mystery can come from unexpected places – family memories, books, objects, even an old photograph. Delve into the past with Mark as he shows you how he gets inspiration from the research he does and the characters, places and events he encounters along the way. You’ll leave this workshop on the hunt for your next history mystery!
Word Play Season Pass
In 2021, BWF is offering multi-event passes for our Word Play program. Families and individuals can access a Season Pass for all Word Play events. Schools can purchase pass for all primary school sessions, all secondary school sessions, or all sessions (primary and secondary).
With one pass you can watch the sessions as many times as you like until Sunday 11 July, 2021 on up to five devices in your home or school.
