Liane Moriarty: Here One Moment

5 September 2024

If you knew the future, would you try to fight fate?

We’re thrilled to announce our event with beloved Australian author Liane Moriarty as she discusses her new novel Here One Moment with Frances Whiting.

6:30pm, Thursday 5 September 2024
Dron Auditorium, St Peter’s Lutheran College Performing Arts Centre
66 Harts Rd, Indooroopilly

It all begins on a flight from Hobart to Sydney. The flight will be smooth. It will land safely. Everyone who gets on the plane will get off the plane. But almost all of them will be changed forever. Here One Moment is a brilliantly constructed tale that looks at free will and destiny, grief and love, and the endless struggle to maintain certainty and control in an uncertain world.

Join us for an unmissable evening with Liane Moriarty, our very own modern-day Jane Austen, who humorously skewers social mores while spinning a web of mystery and asking profound, universal questions.
