Jess Ho
Jess Ho is best known for their take-no-prisoners opinions on the hospitality industry. They were the food and drink editor for Time Out Melbourne. Jess has also been published in The Guardian, The Age Spectrum, Time and Tide, The Financial Review, Frankie Magazine and Eater. Jess is the host and producer of SBS podcast Bad Taste. Tom Crago
Grand Crew is Tom Crago’s second book, and a different trip entirely to his business memoir Flashbacks from the Flow Zone. Tom mostly makes videogames at his Melbourne-based studio Tantalus, where he works on titles like The Legend of Zelda and Age of Empires. His virtual reality artwork, Materials, was acquired by the National Gallery of Victoria for its permanent collection after featuring in the inaugural Triennial exhibition. With a PhD in art and philosophy from the University of Melbourne, Tom is more a wine lover than an expert. You’ll find the wines featured in this book in his cellar. Which is also where you’ll find Tom.
Charlotte Ree
Charlotte Ree is a devoted home cook and food lover. Her memoir, Heartbake, was published in May. It is fundamentally a feast for one, a memoir of self-love. When she isn't cooking or writing, Charlotte can be found with some of Australia's biggest authors as part of her day job as Head of Marketing for a major book publisher.
