Alison Ferguson

Since retiring from work as a speech pathologist in clinical and academic settings, Alison has been busy writing fiction across the many genres she loves to read: mystery, crime, historical fiction, and science fiction. She self-published The Sisters’ Saga (historical fiction trilogy) in 2021. Her science-fiction novel Grey Nomad was shortlisted for the 2019 Inaugural Fantastica Prize (Brio Books), and the Queensland Writers’ Centre Adaptable program in 2020, and in 2023 it is being published under the imprint of Brio Books.
