Shauna Bostock

Historian Shauna Bostock traced her four Aboriginal grandparents’ family lines back to the colonisation of Northern New South Wales and her book, Reaching Through Time is a powerful story of a Bundjalung woman's journey to uncover her family history. Meticulous research illuminates the history and actual lived experiences of five generations of her ancestors throughout every era of Aboriginal history past to present. Shauna believes family research can bring a deeper understanding and healing of the wounds in our history.
