Alan Reid

Alan Reid is Professor Emeritus of Education at the University of South Australia. He is a passionate advocate for public education and has written and spoken extensively about the importance of public schools to a healthy democracy. Alan has been critical of the direction that education policy has taken over the past thirty years, and in his recentbook he argues that we need a new narrative for Australian education.
