Sang Young Park

Sang Young Park’s publications include The Tears of an Unknown Artist, or Zaytun Pasta, Love in the Big City, Make Me One Dimensional, On Trust, and I Better Not Eat Before Bed Tonight. He won the 9th Munhakdongne Young Writers’ Award, the 10th Munhakdongne Young Writers’ Award Grand Prize, the 11th Heo Gyun Literary Award, and the 38th Shin Dong-yup Prize for Literature. His novel Love in the Big City was nominated for the 2022 Booker International Prize and the 2023 Dublin Literary Award. Park’s works have been translated into multiple languages and introduced to readers in more than 20 countries including the USA, the UK, Japan, and China.
