The Brisbane Writers Festival is located in the State Library of Queensland precinct Stanley Place. Events take place in State Library Queensland. This area is accessible by bus, train, ferry and car. Some special events are held offsite, and travel information for these will be listed in the event description.
The Box office will be located on the Stanley Place side of the State Library of Queensland. The Brisbane Writers Festival Box Office opens 1 hour before the first event each day from 7-9 May.
Volunteers will be available on site to assist you with your queries.
Festival titles can be purchased in advance through the SLQ Library Shop.
